In the same way they qualified the sanitary drainage of the suburbs or the communities, but with a greater conviction of the public service. In the same capital, seven out of ten people held that assertion, while in Los Mochis it was almost 50 percent of the population.

Juan Carlos Meza, president of 'El Colegio de ingenieros Civiles de Sinaloa', spoke in a personal capacity to emphasize that the service of garbage collection has been good, but qualified that there will be areas of the city where there are deficiencies: "In my own experience I see that the garbage collection service works and meets expectations, and there are no problems in that sense."

He explained that the problems of public services are not new, but come from a long time ago, such as floods and the problems they cause in the streets, such as potholes. In that sense, he said that this is due to the lack of rainwater drainage and infrastructure.

In short, he stressed that you can not say that everything is good or that everything is wrong: "There are areas that can be improved; there are services that could be organized better. In general, the services here in Culiacan have met the expectations of the general population."

Gloria Anna Gutiérrez, president of 'Colegio de Arquitectos del Norte de Sinaloa' said that the drainage is still a problem in some sectors of the city "As soon as it rains, you can not put the car. There are still very vulnerable parts."
